Where Innovation Meets Sustainable Power
Here we champion some of the innovations that could play a role in PandoREH’s Renewable Energy Hubs.
CeraPhi
Closed-loop geothermal anywhere solution
CeraPhi Energy uses a closed-loop geothermal system called the CeraPhiWell™, which extracts heat from deep underground by circulating a working fluid through a sealed well. This innovative, zero-emission solution delivers constant, reliable energy for heating, cooling, and electricity — without the need for fracking or water extraction.
With a proprietary well design CeraPhiWell can be deployed its system anywhere, providing a heat as a service solution. CeraPhiWell is also used for repurposing existing oil and gas or failed geothermal wells, and a global leader in this space having converted the deepest system to date in the UK CeraPhi now has over 40 wells under its management in the UK, leading the way in turning legacy fossil fuel infrastructure into clean energy assets, helping accelerate the global transition to sustainable, geothermal heating, cooling and power systems.

Cornucopia
Cornucopia builds sustainable, energy-efficient hydroponic farms for year-round crops.
Cornucopia uses advanced hydroponic farming systems that grow fresh, pesticide-free crops without soil, while conserving over 90% more water than traditional agriculture. By integrating renewable energy and circular resource management, their closed-loop facilities deliver consistent, year-round harvests with minimal environmental impact. Cornucopia aims to revolutionize food production through scalable, sustainable farming solutions that support local communities and global food security.

RheEnergise
RheEnergise stores renewable energy using high-density pumped hydro technology.
RheEnergise uses a system called High-Density Hydro®, a type of pumped hydro long duration energy storage that uses a fluid 2.5 times denser than water to store more energy in smaller spaces. Their technology can turn small hills into giant batteries instead of needing the mountains used for traditional hydro storage. By storing and releasing renewable energy when it’s needed most, RheEnergise aims to deliver affordable, flexible, and clean energy storage that supports the shift to a fully renewable power grid.

Invinity Energy Systems
Invinity provides high-throughput vanadium flow batteries for long-term energy storage.
Invinity Energy Systems builds vanadium flow batteries, robust energy storage systems that use a non-flammable liquid electrolyte to store and deliver power over long periods. Unlike lithium-ion batteries, they don’t degrade with use and can operate reliably for over 30 years with minimal maintenance. Made in the UK, Invinity's safe, proven, long-lasting storage technology unlocks the power of solar and wind energy, by making it available on demand. We are currently working with Invinity for Long Duration Energy Storage projects in partnership with Frontier Power.
