Dominic Hicks

Dominic has more than 30 years’ international experience across business development, fundraising and investment. He began his career in property agency and development before moving into investment and founding Westhill Land and Property.

Dominic moved into renewable energy in 2008, co-developing large-scale solar farm projects. Following the sale of his company in 2020, he worked with an ESG consultancy before joining PandoREH in 2023, bringing experience in development, capital raising and sustainable investment to the business. He is also a trustee of a conservation charity.
