Patrick Martin

Patrick serves as legal counsel to PandoREH. He has advised Simon Wragg and Ethos Green Energy Solutions since shortly after its incorporation in 2021, supporting the business on investment, financing, partnerships and corporate transactions.

Patrick qualified as a corporate and commercial lawyer in 1988 and began his career in the City before moving into independent practice in 2011. His experience spans investment agreements, joint ventures, M&A, shareholder matters and investor documentation, providing PandoREH with legal and commercial support across its development and investment activities.
