Simon Wragg

Simon Wragg is the founder of Ethos Green Energy Solutions and PandoREH, with more than 15 years’ experience across renewable energy development, investment and project delivery. Since founding Ethos Green Energy Solutions in 2021, Simon has led the development of a UK pipeline of 17GW across Battery Energy Storage Systems, Solar and Wind.

Simon leads PandoREH's strategic direction, combining technical, commercial and investment experience to support the delivery of large-scale low-carbon power infrastructure. He has a background in mechanical engineering and began developing renewable energy projects in 2008 with his first solar farm in Europe. He later launched the UK’s first non-regulated Solar Bond in 2011.
